Gourmet restaurant in Corps

A charming stop along the Route Napoléon

Jérémy and Julie Da Fonseca have chosen to initiate two tables, "La table de Joséphine", a gastronomic restaurant and "Le Restaurant de l'Hôtel de la Poste", a classic restaurant. Two distinct areas, a small dining room with 20 seats, intimate and serene, a large room with 50 seats, majestic and the terrace in fine weather.
In creating La table de Joséphine, Julie and Jérémy have chosen to follow their desires, to create an environment for the chef's cuisine that allows him to express his ideas freely. A more complex kitchen on the one hand, simpler on the other hand, but both tables meet the same quality requirements!


The restaurants are open all year round:

  • The traditional restaurant of the Hotel de la Poste is open 7/7 days in summer and from Tuesday evening to Sunday lunchtime in winter.
  • The gastronomic restaurant "La table de Joséphine" is open from Wednesday evening to Saturday evening all year round.

"Le Restaurant" offers a classic cuisine based on good products, especially in short circuits.
Not organic, but well thought-out. A tasty and fragrant cuisine.

"Joséphine's Table" offers a gastronomic, refined and complex cuisine, with a unique play of textures and flavours.

The young chef Jérémy Da Fonseca, combines his expertise and passion to make you meal a truly pleasurable moment. After making the rounds of some of France's finest kitchens, he moved to Corps La Salette with his wife Julie.

Comfort and class in the restaurant

The hotel de la Poste can play host to your private receptions and events for up to 80 people in the grand dining room. For professional meetings or seminars, a room that can accommodate up to twenty people is available.

The menus can be put together with the customers on request.
